Another publicity stunt that went global.
For Formula E’s launch, we placed 10 Formula E cars on Westminster Bridge, closing the London bridge for the first time since Danny Boyle’s 28 Days Later film.
Precision planning was required for this complex operation to ensure that this major arterial route into central London was closed only for the time allotted, and that the nearby hospital was not affected adversely. Following this stunt, the cars were taken to the Roundhouse venue where the drivers and owners of the cars announced the cities that would host Formula E’s first championships.
